plymouth residence
plymouth poise a Pepper Pike colonial home is reimagined to achieve polish and poise. What began as a modest furnishings update to a daughter’s bedroom, soon budded into a three-year evolution.
Linda first reconfigured the space to the architect’s original intent. Remedying an awkward back entry and misplaced dining area achieved a structurally seamless layout primed and prepped for finishing.
The rearrangement of the dining room had opened up the old space—creating a new living area for the family to gather and reminisce.
The approach was all about marrying modern with the estate’s traditional roots—muted tones providing balance for a bolder chandelier and antique furnishings. Airy light filtering through french doors, illuminating brass finishes and warm wood tones. Creating a space appropriate for modern living—clean, simple, natural, with moments of preserved past.
Renovation included dining room, living room, family room, office, and back entry to include bath and project room.
