classically composed An Ohio colonial becomes a French Provincial estate. The stonehill residence began 20 years ago when a friendship between the owner and designer, Dawn first bloomed.
three's a charm together, they've designed three homes—a quaint small-town charmer, a mountain retreat in the Rockies and recently this Stonehill estate southeast of Cleveland. Renovation included family room, kitchen, foyer, powder room, breakfast room, dining room and exterior palette.
the past perfected the approach was all about balance—melding luxury with simplicity, old with new and raw with polished. The owner's collection of found objects and discerning style invited a reimagined and modern interpretation of an old world estate. Rooms were made more grand, chandeliers more opulent and hearths heartier.
